Our apps pretty much cover the whole spectrum of the publishing world. With over 8 million AR Apps downloaded each year and growing, Red Frog Digital has produced augmented reality apps featuring characters from Transformers through to My Little Pony. We’ve even developed augmented reality apps which include the actual dinosaurs that appeared in the latest Jurassic World feature film and the characters and dragons from DreamWorks’ How to Train your Dragon.
Our apps provide some of the best 3D content, visual quality and end user experiences possible and have won countless awards ranging from our newspaper apps through to an international award for our Guinness World Records Book app and a best British Book award for the Jurassic World AR app and iSolar System AR app.

Visitor Attractions and Shopping Centres
We were asked in 2018 to produce an engaging AR trail for Knowsley Safari and this was followed up with our Dinosaurs Unleashed campaign app for Grosvenor at Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre. From the early beginnings, we were directly involved in the R&D behind the development of the Gear VR headset with our partners Qualcomm, Samsung and Oculus Rift.

Our R&D team has now developed and patented a set of proprietary technologies that provide an AR Glasses experience which is simply out of this world. This technology, we believe, will have huge commercial interests globally.
Our multi-user augmented reality battling platform, which allows users to play real-time AR battling games, has proven a massive success and continues to be developed with ever increasing technical game-play possibilities.
We recently launched our world-beating colour-me-in AR app technology for a McDonald’s Happy Meal promotional app. The app was a huge success, setting new standards for quality, real-time interactivity and performance.
